Payment Information
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment forms:

- BLIK
- PayU
- Direct Bank Transfer (we have accounts for PLN, EUR, and USD listed with instructions after the checkout page)
When using the Direct Bank Transfer, please include the following information in the title:

Take a screenshot of the confirmation and email it to us so we can be sure to have your order processed as fast as possible.
If you have any issues let us know and we’ll get it fixed ASAP.
Can I get a Company Invoice (Faktura)?
Yes of course.
Just leave your company information in the checkout page and we’ll send you an invoice by email.
We’ll need the following information:
- Company name
- Company street address, building number, & apartment number
- Company postal code & city
- Company Tax Identification Number (NIP for Poland)
Can I get a Gift Receipt for my order? Or maybe even a Gift Certificate?
Unfortunately we can’t modify receipts because of Polish Law.
In terms of Gift Certificates – YES!
We have Gift Certificates available in our Shop under the Other Stuff category.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Buying something, waiting for it, opening the box with excitement, then finding out that there’s a problem is such a disappointing feeling.

Why is my Coupon Code not working?
There are a few scenarios why your Coupon Code isn’t working:
- It expired
- It has already been used
- It doesn’t apply to the product your trying to buy (i.e. a coupon meant for coffee won’t work for equipment)
- Something else is going on
If you feel the coupon code it should be working but it’s acting all crazy – feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information
How much does delivery cost? Do you deliver outside of Poland?
We can deliver ALMOST anywhere in the world, and here’s how it works.
- In WROCLAW, BIELANY, SMOLEC, and WYSOKA:
- FREE delivery for any order over 70zl
- 15zl for anything under 70zl
- In POLAND:
- FREE delivery for any order over 100zl
- 15zl for anything under 100zl
- WORLDWIDE:
- Cost varies depending on your country.
- Import fees may apply.
For Wroclaw and the local area we deliver in person, for Poland we use DPD, and for anywhere outside of Poland we use Poczta Polska.
How long will delivery take?
- In WROCLAW, BIELANY, SMOLEC, and WYSOKA:
- If you order early in the day (before 9AM) you might get your order on the same day. More than likely though, you will receive it on the next business day.
- In POLAND:
- Because we use DPD, we can get the package to them within 24 hours – sometimes on the same day. Once DPD has it, then we see that it takes them 1 to 2 business days to deliver.
- WORLDWIDE:
- This honestly depends on where you are. Besides the actual movement of the package, there are some other factors like customs, and other controlling agencies that we don’t have control over.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Is Shipping Free if I return an item?
In most cases delivery costs for returning products will be the Buyer’s responsibility.

Coffee Beans Product Information
When was the coffee roasted?
All the coffee on this site will have been roasted within 10 days of when we ship it out.
Because we’re a small company, we roast our coffee in Small Batches.
Each bag is stamped with the Roast Date.
Unlike Wine or Steaks, coffee doesn’t improve with time – we don’t let the coffee “age”.
Can you Grind my coffee for me?
No Problemo 😎
On each Coffee in the shop we’ve given you the option of the Grind Profiles you’re looking for. The range is:
- French Press (coarsest/chunkiest)
- Paper Filter (used for Drip/Aeropress/Chemex)
- Moka Pot (a little finer than Paper Filter but not as Fine as Espresso)
- Espresso (kind of like a fine sand)
- Turkish (close to dust)
The options are generalized, if you want something slightly tweaked let us know in the Additional Notes of the Checkout Page.
How long is coffee good for?
Opinions about how long coffee is “good for” vary.
We believe that coffee, in terms of it’s flavor and chemical composition, is good for two to three months MAXIMUM.
Keep in mind two things:
- As long at it is properly stored, coffee will never grow mold or rot.
- Once you grind coffee, the chemical composition and flavor deteriorate at a much higher rate.
- in other words, keeping your coffee in Whole Bean form makes it last longer
What if I'm not happy with the coffee?
- Find a coffee that you DO like and replace what you’ve ordered
- Refund your money entirely
I want to buy a large amount of coffee, do you offer Wholesale B2B?
The minimum order quantity is:
- 4kg of Grandissimo either/and/or Nicaragua Primo
- 2kg of any of our Single Origin / Specialty Coffees

Can I special order something that I don't see on the website

Can I return Equipment & Accessories I bought on the site?
If the products you bought within two weeks haven’t been opened, used, or damaged (that includes the packaging – we’ll return them without any fuss.

What can I do if my Hand-Made Dripper (or it's glass funnel) breaks?
We Guarantee our Drippers for life. That guarantee includes all the metal work.
If the Glass Funnels breaks, we should have replacements available HERE.

Do you use Child Labor?
HELL YES!
The owner has two kids. They need to get some work ethics and appreciation for the fact that ice cream and electricity don’t grow on trees.
So when he can get them to help him with the business – he does it wholeheartedly.
Are Gift Certificates only in physical form or can they be Virtual?
Gift Certificates come in both forms. We write a Coupon Code on the Gift Certificate so it can be used online.
Obviously handing somebody a beautiful certificate is a much nicer way than sending them a text message with some random code on it.
That’s why we do it both ways.
